Submission Guidelines

Do NOT e-mail, fax or mail nomination materials to the committee chair. Any materials sent by e-mail, fax or mail will NOT be reviewed.

Nominees do not need to be members of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology.

What to Submit

Information to be submitted online:

One letter of nomination
Up to three (3) letters of support for the nominee. Each letter of support must bear the full contact information of the person providing the letter (name, institution, phone and e-mail address).
A curriculum vitae is not required. However, one may be submitted through the online award submission system.
